PURCHASE INFORMATION

Products selected from the catalog are made to order and can be delivered by post or collected at a pre-arranged pickup point.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
Customers transfer the total amount for the ordered product(s) plus the shipping fee to Lamoppe’s account.

An order is considered paid when the payment is credited to our account. Transfers between banks may take 1–2 business days. Customers choosing this method must complete the transaction within 3 business days of placing the order; otherwise, the order will be canceled on the 9th business day.

2. Cash or Card Payment on Site
Cash or card payments can be made at the time of pickup at the Lamoppe store in Budapest. Personal pickup is free of charge with no packaging or handling fees.

DELIVERY METHODS

Shipping includes packaging and priority registered mail. 

The cost of delivery (via DPD) regardless of the order quantity:

    • Domestic shipping: 3500 HUF flat rate.

    • International shipping: 8500–15,000 HUF, depending on destination.

Free personal pickup is available in Veszprém or Budapest by prior arrangement.

You have 14 business days from receipt of the product to return it. Customers have the unconditional right to withdraw from the purchase, excluding shipping costs, which remain the buyer’s responsibility. Returns must include the invoice and be sent at the customer’s expense, preferably via registered mail to avoid loss or damage. Products can also be returned in person at no extra cost. Refunds are processed via bank transfer. If the original payment method was not a bank transfer, the customer must provide banking details for the refund.
